Noni Chia Pudding

 

2 T chia seeds

150ml water

1 scoop chocolate whey protein

2 T noni juice

1 T unsalted cashews

1 T unsweetened coconut

1 T cacao

1 T honey

Blueberries for topping

Soak chia seeds and water overnight. Mix in protein powder, and then noni juice. Top with remaining ingredients.

 

Noni Yogurt Protein Bowl

 

3/4c vanilla yogurt (or vegan option coconut milk yogurt)

1 scoop protein (I used plant based chocolate raspberry)

2 T noni juice

2 T unsalted cashews

1 T cacao nibs

2 T shredded coconut

1/3c frozen boysenberries

Strawberries (optional)

Mix yogurt, protein, and noni juice. Then top with remaining ingredients and enjoy!

Noni Strawberry Banana Smoothie

 

Blend the following ingredients:

1c frozen strawberries

1c frozen banana

1/2c frozen spinach

1 scoop vanilla protein

3/4c-1c almond milk or regular milk

2T noni juice

 

Noni Chia Mango Parfait Cup

 

2-3T chia seeds

Soak chia seeds in water overnight

Mix with 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder

 

Blend:

2c frozen organic mangos

1 can coconut milk or coconut water

3-4T noni juice

 

Noni Mango Bowl

 

2c frozen mangos

2T noni juice

1c coconut water

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Blend in the above ingredients. Pour into a bowl, and top with the below ingredients:

Granola

Noni Balsamic Dressing

 

1/2c olive oil

1/3c balsamic vinegar

1/4c noni juice

1/4c pineapple juice

3T coconut sugar or brown sugar

1T spike

 

Put all ingredients in a mason jar and shake until fully mixed.

Noni Guava Smoothie

 

Blend the following ingredients:

2c guava juice

2 apple bananas

1c frozen strawberries

1c ice

3T noni juice
