Introducing our latest scent… Pikake.

The pikake flower is a symbol of romance and love. This flower was brought to the Hawaiian islands in the 1800s and soon became a favorite of the royals. Hawaii's Princess Kaiulani loved the jasmine flower as well as peacocks, and she named this flower after the Hawaiian word for peacock - pikake.

The floral scent of pikake is rich, sweet, fruity, and sensual. Its aroma is characterized by its complexity, featuring green, fruity top notes and a hint of spice. Its middle notes are heady and warm, with intense floral notes of the jasmine flower.

The lyrics of Keali`i Reichel's song, “Hanohano Ka Lei Pikake”, describe the profound desire for, and admiration of a beautiful garland of pikake (jasmine) flowers. The singer expresses their intense longing to be adorned by the garland and their deep urge to be embraced by it in a warm and loving manner. The fragrance of the pikake flowers is described as infusing the singer's very being, evoking a sense of coolness and a heady aroma that fully captures their senses. The repetition of the verses throughout the song conveys a sense of yearning for the garland, emphasizing the strong and unwavering desire the singer has for it.
