Just started taking a 1 oz - 2 TBSp shot first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I swallow the shot (like a shot of whiskey :) then just follow it with a glass of water as a chaser! The taste is not as revolting as everyone describes it. It's ok - easy to swallow! Make sure you keep the opened bottle in the fridge. Looking forward to all its health benefits.
